Lemongrassis a chic Thai concept offering a blend of Thai taste senses – spicy, tangy, sweet and sour, accentuated with traditional spices, treated in a contemporary ambiance.
Offering traditional Thai cuisine in a modern aesthetical environment was the reasoning behind the conceptualization and successful launch of Lemongrass restaurant.

Fresh earthy tones and energizing hues have been combined with natural materials to create a warm and welcoming feel, thereby replacing rustic interiors and gold commonly associated with Thailand.
Lemongrass decided to go back to the basics and replicate authentic Thai recipes, balancing herbs and spices together with main ingredients, to bring out certain textures and colours in a wide variety of flavours.

Authenticity of the cuisine can be traced back to the passion the owners share for ensuring that each dish is savoured for its original flavour and does not emit a generic bottle taste.
